One of the newer Amazon Alexa devices has a small screen, it's sort of like the larger Alexa Show but in a smaller footprint that is similar to an Alarm Clock.

It even has an alarm clock face if you want to use it while idle or use it to check on your front door camera.

My favorite use case is listening to my flash briefing (hand picked new sources in bite size chunks) as they now have a video form for this.

It does everything the Alexa Show and Echo can do, but has a smaller screen and speaker than the Show and Echo.
