Smart Gadgets for Dumb People
All these smart phones, smart TV's and smart appliances are really starting to show their true faces. They look like innocent tools to enhance your home, make it more comfortable to compute, and/or for fun. You can setup internet-of-things, like link your entire smart-house to the internet and to your phone, and control everything via your phone.
OK, but so can anyone else. Just as you can watch the smart TV, the smart TV can also watch you through it's built-in camera. You can hear the TV, and the TV can listen and record everything you say inside. And so on.
Every appliance that is too smart can be easily turned against you. And I am not talking just about government spy agencies, but also about random pedophiles spying on your kid, or some stalker, extortionist, burglar, or other malevolent entity spying/sabotaging/controlling you.

Yes, now malware can infest your TV, and lock everything in it. Who knows maybe it also spies on and uploads your in-front of TV couch sex intercourses to random porn sites. I mean the evil this technology can do is limitless, and we are just getting started.
I outright hate this IOT technology, basically my theory is this:
If you are too lazy to turn the lights on by yourself, then you really deserve to be spied upon by weirdos on the internet.
What is really the point of it? Sure it's convenient, but humanity is loosing too much of it's freedoms to convenience, and we are all becoming slaves. What will happen when AI rolls out? Will we live in a "Matrix" -like world where the machines have taken over us?
It is really terrifying where this tech goes. And I am not against the technology, I don't even blame the weirdos (since they have always existed, and always will), I blame the ignorance, indifference, complacence and domestication of people that just don't care about anything. But of course when something bad happens to them, they immediately demand help from the government.
And this is how Government grows. Idiot people are the fuel of it, with their helplessness. The same way how the tyranny of Nazi Germany was fueled by idiots, the same way this Technocratic Globalist 2.0 Tyranny is fueled by the same idiots.
Man I really wish everyone would have an IQ of 150, so that we can live in a philosophical and critical thinker society. But unfortunately we just live in an idiocracy, that will drive humanity into the abyss.

Yes, and voices can be easily synthetized with the proper equipment and knowledge, so that is like having an open door to your house, if it's opened with your voice. Fingerprint scanners are even bigger joke.
I just dont buy these stuff, i dont want anything like that in my house.
Anything can indeed be hacked those days :p
