Yes sir, you guys have so many problems that are basic and could be solved quickly that have noting to do with technology!
At first the corruption needs to be eradicated Sir @janton, as that will release the funding for what it was meant for. Social development.
The freebies also need to be stopped as it only creates entitlement.
