Of course, everyone has an opinion for every program and we can’t say which one is the “Best” of all but here is the list of my personal opinions.

#3 Brackets


Brackets was launched by Adobe in 2014. It is recommended for Web Designers, and Front End Developers. Brackets supports plugins to extend the functionalities and it is really easy to install them. It also has a lot of cool features in it such as live preview and inline editing.

Atom is a free and open-source Text Editor that was developed by Github. The cool features of Atom are cross-platform editing, built-in package manager, multiple pane support, and smart autocompletion.It also comes with full Github support and integration.

#1 Sublime Text

In my opinion, Sublime is the best of all. I use it every single day and I just love it.It has so many features and supports tons of programming languages. When I use it, I work really fast and has the auto-complete feature that makes me work faster!

You forgot about Visual Studio Code. The native JavaScript support is awesome. :)

Very good point. I'll try this editor.
In many case I use cli and my editor it is vim.
