Why even ?
About 2-3 moths ago. We have a law which must protect children from "adult" information on TV and in Internet, in fact censored. And based on it our government make one more law for darknet and all programs that help to get around the blocking of sites. As you understand they can't control the use of Tor and anonymizers in all country. So they decided to forbid telling about it. You can't create content that will show to other users service which can help escape from censored. Ta-da! :)
