Actually a scam to receive donations. The technology of projectors cannot support this kind of application for whatever the means. They never presented a working prototype ever and they are not going to. There are several limitation to it when it comes to real world need. the projector cannot work under an angle the skin its not flat etc. They never released a kickstarter project because kickstarter demands a working prototype for their entries.
Nice idea but it can't work out mostly because your fingers would block the stream of light that would be your monitor. Not something anyone would appreciate. Add to that projectors need a lot of juice so a big space for battery. witch would make it unwearable.

All I can say dreams do turn into reality, just give it some time.
This is fake, thought I saw a debunked article. This was put out awhile back. If that could be real though that be awesome.
It really looks great though, need more practical videos before committing to get one.
