Making electronics like ART
I am currently part of the Research and Development team of three in the company..well made out of nerds😂😂😂 out of over 300 people. We responsible for doing all the prototyping of new electronic products for commercial purposes. Once we proved a concept its working then it goes to the rest of the company for 3D packaging design, manufacturing and marketing.
I am proud to have designed this prototype and to see it working and going for manufacturing stage. Hope to see it save lives.
1. The circuit board (CAD design)
2. 3D model of the circuit
3. Printed circuit board and I had to place all the fine surface mount components by hand (since its a prototype, later it will be done by machine).
4. Placing the boards in the reflow oven for soldering all the components.
5. Spare PCB and finished design (placing all the surface mount components by hand was not easy).
I am glad to say all five boards have been tested and working.
