Apple's online music service, which Apple has released as a move against Spotify, is getting a new record every day. Now, Senior Vice President Eddy Cue announced the number of paid users of Apple Music at the SXSW festival.

Accrding to Eddy Cue, Apple Music has 38 million paid users. So what's the situation with the other platforms? Spotify has 71 million as of 2017, 16 million of Amazon Music Unlimited and 5.48 million of Pandora's subscribers.

Google frontpage has not yet revealed the number of users in Google Play Music. Apple Music has reached a record high of 38 million paid users in such a short period of time.
