I think you make an important point, our brains get overstimulated by our screen time. A lot of us spend most of our time while awake staring at screens, that is scary. Life is not digital! So let us follow your example. I for one have been trying to do whole days without a pc or phone. It is actually refreshing, rather than missing out I have gained some freedom doing it:)
