LumiWatch - first functional projection display smartwatch
LumiWatch is first fully functional projection display and UI smartwatch. It has small 15 lumen projector and touch sensor that can dapto to produce the UI on the users arm. Until now we have seen this tech only as concept art or in SF movies. Sure, it is somewhat of a prototype, but is showcases the future possibilities. Power could be an issue. Oh, and arm hair :-)

What about microwaves? Just about every cellphone has a warning about keeping it close to your body over extended periods of time. I'm not sure if that warning will hold up in court when someone sues them after getting wrist cancer ;P
