Usage of Toyota Ha:mo | Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand
Toyota Ha:mo is small size vehicle available for rent at Chulalongkorn University. The vehicle has single seat for the driver and the trunk could carry baggage up to 30kg. I'm not sure where else there is Toyota Ha:mo.
โครงการโตโยต้าฮาโม่เป็นบริการให้เช่ารถไฟฟ้าขนาดเล็กที่จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย รถไฟฟ้าขนาดเล็กนี้สามารถนั่งได้เพียง1คนและบรรทุกสัมภาระได้ไม่เกิน 30kg ผมไม่แน่ใจว่าที่อื่นมีฮาโม่ให้บริการหรือเปล่านะครับ
For the first time use, it's required that you have an account with Toyota Ha:mo first.
If you already have an account, there are two ways to start using the Ha:mo. A first way is to use your smartphone, a second way is using the IC Card (need to pay for the card).
สำหรับการใช้งานครั้งแรกก็ต้องสมัครสมาชิกกับทาง Ha:mo ก่อน แล้วก็ผูกบัตรเครดิตหรือเดบิตพร้อมทั้งชำระค่าสมัคร 100 บาท ซึ่ง 100 บาทตรงนี้จะกลายเป็น 100 แต้มสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริงเลยครับ (1แต้ม = 1บาท) หลังจากนั้นเมื่อแต้มหมดหรือเลือกที่จะไม่ใช้แต้ม ค่าบริการจะถูกเรียกเก็บจากบัตรที่ได้ผูกไว้ การใช้งานสามารถนำโทรศัพท์ซึ่งเราทำรายการผ่านแอพลิเคชั่นฮาโม่ไปแตะที่รถ หรือใช้บัตร IC ก็ได้ครับ แต่การใช้บัตรจะต้องซื้อเพิ่ม
After registered and have logged in to Ha:mo application on the smartphone. Reservation for the car is done is here, just choose origin and destination. Then after reservation, within 30 minutes, tap the smartphone on the reader inside the car and can begin the journey right away!
หลังจากที่โหลดแอพและล็อกอินเรียบร้อย ครั้งต่อไปไม่ต้องล็อกอินแล้วนะครับ ระบบจะล็อกอินค้างไว้ให้เลย การจองรถสามารถทำได้ผ่านทางแอพลิเคชั่นเลย จองได้ล่วงหน้าสูงสุด30นาที โดยการเลือกสถานีต้นทาง ปลายทาง และเลือกรถว่าจะเอาคันไหน แต่ละคันอาจจะมีแบตอยู่ไม่เท่ากัน เมื่อจองแล้วและไปถึงรถ ให้เปิด Bluetooth และแอพลิเคชั่น นำไปแตะตัวอ่านที่รถและสามารถเริ่มใช้งานได้ทันที
The car has handbrake and seatbelt.
The car has no door locked and no window, but plastics window cover attached by the magnet which can be removed and reattached.
ฮาโม่มีเบรคมือ เข็มขัดนิรภัย ไฟหน้ารถ ไฟฉุกเฉิน แต่ไม่มีที่ล็อกประตูนะครับ เพราะฉะนั้นถ้าไปจอดระหว่างทางที่ไหนอย่าทิ้งของมีค่าไว้ที่รถหรือท้ายรถ ไม่มีกระจกแต่เป็นแผ่นพลาสติก สามารถแกะออกได้หากร้อน หรือติดเมื่อฝนตก มีกระจกมองหลังด้านข้างซ้ายขวา
วงเลี้ยวแคบมากครับ เลี้ยวสะดวกมากๆ
Payment is charge through credit/debit card.
Stopover is allowed but to complete the journey it must be parked at Ha:mo station.
การชำระเงินสามารถชาร์จผ่านบัตรเครดิตหรือใช้แต้มก็ได้ สามารถจอดระหว่างทางได้ แต่ถ้าจะหยุดการใช้งานและชำระเงินต้องจอดในสถานีนะครับ
Fee for usage is 30Baht for first 20mins and 2 baht per minutes after that.
Service available 7AM-7PM on weekdays.
ค่าบริการ20นาทีแรก30บาท หลังจากนั้นนาทีละ2บาท ให้บริการ 7โมงเช้าถึง1ทุ่มวันธรรมดา
In my opinion, this is very good technology and if in the future everyone could buy and use this car and drive to their work in the morning, then the problem of traffic jam could be significantly improved. This also reduced CO2 emission as it uses electricity which in a single charge could be driven up to 55km. However, the limitation could be that the charging station is required.
ผมมองว่าเป็นเทคโนโลยีที่ดีมากนะครับ ใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าและประหยัดเนื้อที่ หากอนาคตจะมีขายและนำมาใช้กันในเมืองคงจะมีประโยชน์ไม่น้อย เพราะประหยัดเนื้อที่มาก ไม่สร้างมลพิษเนื่องจากใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้า ลองคิดดูสิครับ ทุกวันนี้บางทีเราขับรถไปทำงาน ไปเรียน รถสามารถนั่งได้ 5 คน แต่เรานั่งคนเดียว ไม่ค่อยคุ้มกับต้นทุนเท่าไร ถ้าฮาโม่สามารถนำมาใช้ได้จริงคงช่วยลดค่าใช้จ่ายและปัญหารถติดได้พอสมควร แต่ข้อจำกัดคือต้องมีที่ชาร์จไฟ และนั่งได้คนเดียว
