Programming: Introduction to Java programming Language!
What is Programming?
Programming is an art of writing instructions for computers to perform. On your computer, when you press showdown button you will see that the computer will automatically shutdown at that instant, what happen there is actually the function of programming because the instruction written for that shutdown button is to actually shut the computer down completely. That is the beauty of programming.
What is java Programming?
Java is a programming language used to write instructions to and or on your computer to perform certain task. Java is a high level programming language and it’s an object oriented programming language.
What is high level programming language?
High level programming languages according to computer hope 2017; are the computer programming language that are not limited by the computer, designed for a specific job and easier to understand. It is more like human language and less like machine language. Examples of high level languages are; c/c++, java, python, PHP, Pascal, visual basic, Perl etc.
What can Java do?
Java can be used to develop Desktop software, mobile app, embedded software, consoles, Games and Websites.
Types of Java
There are three types of java namely:
- Java SE (Java Standard Edition).
- Java EE (Java Enterprise Edition).
- Java ME (Java Micro Edition).
About Java
Sun Microsystems releases its first official version of the Java programming language in May 23, 1995.
Java improves upon the concepts in C++. Java’s “Write Once, Run Anywhere” philosophy makes the language ideal for distributing code across the Internet. Java is a great general-purpose programming language. With Java, you can write windowed applications, build and explore databases, control handheld devices, and more. According to Oracle, more than 3 billion devices run on Java.
Additionally, Java technology provides interactive capabilities to all devices.

It is always nice to see some tutorials up in here. Im sure many people will appreciate it, of course if you are going to make a really long cycle of such an articles :)
