I can see this as a good thing and bad . What if they scan and it’s like getting your background history . What if someone has done something bad and then they would look at them differently
More importantly, who defines what's 'bad'? Anyone who protests or questions the government is labeled 'bad' by the government. If you grow or smoke a plant on your own property the government says you're 'bad'. It's getting to the point if you want to buy anything with cash you're seen as 'bad' because only a criminal wouldn't want their every transaction monitored by the 'good' government.
