Well the first and most important are your data, your contacts, your photos and files, documents among others, we can start reviewing for example on our Android computer if we have the backup linked to our email account and that it is marked inside the option of active synchronization, this will in the case of our contacts be able to have them back in case of a format or hard reset and in the case of the photos you must back it up in your computer or if you have them stored in memory micro SD you must extract it.

The applications are not saved, these must be downloaded again from your store app.

For most of the cases in the mobile equipment the reset or total reset can be done from the settings if we restore from the factory, this is simple when your equipment turns on normally, but when for example your computer turns on but you can not move or arrive to adjustments or to turn it on only shows you the logo of the manufacturer or operator you would have to do it for recovery.
