The country's laptops export started

Walton has started exporting laptops to the country. The company has got the order to export five units of Nigeria to Africa. Through this, for the first time in Bangladesh, a private local company came to Laptop export.

On Wednesday, the function of laptop export began officially through a ceremony at the conference room of the Finance Ministry at the Secretariat.

Finance Minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhit was present as the chief guest. Among others, Minister of State for Telecommunication and IT, Mostafa Jabbar and State Minister for Communication Junaid Ahmed Palak, Nigerian Nominee Director of Western Base Nouen David and Chairman of Walton Hi-tech Industries Ltd SM Shamusal Alam.

Note that Walton is already exporting the TV, refrigerators, and laptops.

Walton authorities say that apart from Nigeria, many countries including Nepal, Bhutan, and East Timur have expressed interest in taking Bangladesh's made laptop.

The Finance Minister welcomed Walton's initiative and said that an institution is constantly producing new products. This proves that the company has been successful in industrial production.

Criticizing the progress made by the government agency, Muhith said that the organization has been patching in the last 50 years. But in the ten years of Walton, the big change has brought about the production process. Artistic innovation I am glad for this.

Postal, telecommunications and IT Minister Mostafa Jabbar said there are big markets in Africa. This opportunity will be used.

Commenting on the 'Mile Blake' for laptop export Bangladesh, he said, more than 10 organizations like Walton have expressed interest in investing in this sector.

State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak said last year, four million pieces of mobile sets, five lakh laptops were imported.
