RE: Spectre & Meltdown Checker for Linux
I used Linux Ubuntu version which is cool one. At least batter than creepy windows operating system. I didn't hear this term 'Spectre and Meltdown' that's why I'm so glad you have given useful information about this script to escape from this attack.
Hehe Ubuntu is awesome for Linux beginners. There you should get rid of those security holes using
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
If you wanna know more about the security holes check out:
CVE-2017-5753
CVE-2017-5715
CVE-2017-5754
But to be honest... its pretty advanced. If you're not a pretty good programmers you might don't understand whats going on :/
I'll not understand it completely because I'm just a beginner in programming. I just read programming subjects as a syllabus. 😆
