I will really say any one who has experience the technological world won't last a day without them. So we are all addicted not the kids alone... But the kids can be controlled.
I don't agree with that... everyone has a choice. You can choose to turn off or not. No one is making anyone be addicted, we allow ourselves to become that way. It usually happens without us realising but we all have a choice.
I chose 2 years ago to turn my phone off. It was the best thing I did. At first at started limiting my use and I liked it so much I decided to get rid of it all together. It was a good feeling. I have no regrets!
