Great commentary on the overuse of cell phones in our society today. Things that we can do to prevent negative impacts of cell phones are:

  1. Start a mindfulness meditation practice. It will help improve your focus and ability to not check your phone every single minute.

  2. Try to keep your phone away from you as much as possible. Use earbuds so that you are not pressing the 4 different attena's in your cell phone right next to your brain. When you are sitting down at your desk take your phone out of your pocket and keep it at least a arm length away.

  3. Go camping for your electromagnetic detox. Get yourself away from all wifi to allow your body to reset it's magnetic potential.

  4. Limit kids screen time. Screens actually have no role in allowing a kid under 3 years old to learn and decrease language acquisition compared to kids that are not exposed to screens.
