Google is buying HTC smartphone unit

HTC has signed an $ 110-million deal with HTC for the first time to buy HTC's smart phone unit in Taiwan. Under this agreement, some HTC employees will work in Silicon Valley of Google.

HTC was once in a very good position in the run of the smartphone market. But later they failed to compete with Apple and Samsung. Experts believe that HTC has contracted with Google to survive.

HTC's stock sales are currently closed due to contract with Google The contract will expire next year. Prior to this agreement, in 2011, Google's mother company Alfabet bought another phone maker Motorola for 12.5 billion dollars. Three years later they sold Motorola for not seeing financial gains.

Google's ideas, hardware and software can not be adjusted if their business will have an impact on them. That's why HTC has given the responsibility to create Google Pixel's hardware. For this work, nearly two thousand employees of HTC Research and Development Team will join Google.

However, the Android operating software will be created to create a pixel phone. Prior to this HTC's same team produced Google's first smartphone pixel and pixel XL.!
