20v transformerless power supply

Transformer less power supply are normally for loads that consume a small current ranging from a few mA to a few tenths mA. In recent years, they are also designed to supply larger current like those inside a LED light bulb. Every transformer less power supply is in fact custom design specific to the current load of the application, and is put inside an insulated enclosure. In comparison to its transformer counterpart, it is more cost-effective in manufacturing and more compact. Transformer less are not supposed to be used as a general power supply.
This type of power supply is very dangerous because it works on a normal voltage of 230v on the input and can supply only a very small milli ampere of current at its output, So adequate precautionary measures must be taken when building and installing this circuit.

The aim of this is to analyze, design and implement a 20 volt resistive power supply which is very useful and necessary in the field of electronics. Low voltage DC, like 20v, is used in electronics circuits, LED bulbs, toys and many household electronics items. Generally batteries are used to power them, but they need to be replaced time to time, which is not cost effective and also takes our time & energy. So the alternative is to generate the DC from AC mains, for which there are many AC-DC adapters are available.
The objective of this is to give an alternative to users on the power supply they might need with in time to come. Because a transformer power supply is more costly, heavier than a transformer less power supply.
In my observation, when the volt is off load, it was 19.25V, so I connected my car stereo of 12V and I started my time and I switch my power supply, I noticed no voltage when I connected my multimeter and my current was 0.1A and my time lasted for 15 minutes. I changed my load to a rechargeable lamp of 18.5V, my current did not changed but I noticed no voltage too because, the load is more than the power supply, And my time was observed for 20 minutes. but when I connected my led light of 6V, I notice the voltage read and my time was 20 minutes too.
In conclusion, If a circuit requires very low current of a few milli-amperes, transformer less power supply is an ideal solution.
Furthermore resistive power supply is a directly powered from 230V AC. So adequate precautionary measures must be taken when building and installing this circuit. An AC type switch should be placed in series with the phase line to break the power supply. Fixing a fuse will give an additional safety. Power supply section and the electronics circuit must be separated with sufficient spacing while enclosing the cabinet.
