There is a Like button for users on Facebook but if you do not like something, then there is no dislike button for it. The company has already cleared it, it will not bring such a button, because it can encourage online Bullying , which is why the company does not want to give such an option.

In this case, instead of this button, the company is bringing similar matching options. The company is testing a new button named 'Downvote'.

- This new feature is being tested in the US, where people are choosing the downvote option for the comments made on the public page post.

- According to TechCrunch's report, this new feature will warn the social media company against such comments which are inappropriate, rude or misleading.

- Let me tell you that there is no separate icon given for the 'downvote' button. It looks as an option under every comment, as can be seen in the screenshot. As soon as the user clicks on this option, Facebook will ask for the reason. In these reasons, the options of Offensive, Misleading and Off Topic will be seen.

- The company said that it is doing this test for a limited time and it will not affect the ranking of post in any way.
