Why not just buy your own artificial flavors, and experiment with making your own soda flavors? I buy them for making my own vape liquids. They're the same things used for making candies. Just gotta find the right brand of flavoring for what you want and experiment to figure out the right percentages.

Then you could choose your own favorite type of sugary sin.

You can also probably buy the mix for making your own soda at home, and instead of carbonating it with yeast, which makes for a minute amount of alcohol, use the soda stream.

As an alternative to the soda stream, you could probably buy one of those soda kegs that all the homebrewers use, if you wanted to make 5 gallons at a time. After all, who doesn't want their own soda kegerator?
