To do this, go to Ads Manager, and in the column of Assets or Tools click the option Pixels.
After that, a new tab will open where you should click option: Create pixel. That's it. Facebook will generate your pixel.

This is the most important part of the Facebook pixel. You can use it to create custom audiances for your blog. You will be able to do that by going to Ads manager column, Assets or Tools and clicking Audiences. Then you will see: Create Audience section, click it and go Custom Audience. Now, a new tab is opened where you have to click an option: Website traffic. Now you will have wait for Facebook to gather data of your blog/website. It's a positive thing to create audience atleast one month prior to launching your ads campaign as for Facebook to be able to gather info & data on what do want to advertise.
