I am a Specialist Recruitment Consultant.... specifically headhunting for companies in Europe [AMA]

I am very new to the Steemit community and to be honest, it feels very good to be here! I have been following the crypto currency and blockchain field, since the days of 5 dollar Bitcoins, and am really looking forward to contributing to the blockchain community
The consultancy I work with, don't really follow the typical transactional model of recruitment and instead focus on searching for specific people for our clients, and specific roles for our candidates. As such, we get a very deep understanding our of clients business and their technology.
Currently, I am working with a very well established company in the field of Blockchain and Crypto's, they build cryptocurrencies for NGO's, Governmental and Private Firms. In addition, they also fund substantial research (10 university teams) into blockchain technologies. They fund research into, formal verification, provable security, game theory, smart-contracts etc.
