Hydrogen One: First Holographic Display smartphone comes to reality

If promises are kept, we are going to get our hands into the first ever holographic display containing smartphone. In fact, pre-booking is on for this smartphone in the range of 1200-1600 USD and expected to be shipped in the first quarter of 2018. Red Inc., the high end movie camera manufacturer ventured into the smartphone sector with this path breaking technology. Red is famous for producing movie camera in which movies like The Guardians of the Galaxy was shot. Due to their past reputation, it is expected that they will deliver to their promise.
Holographic Display
A holographic display can boast of playing 3D content on its own. Currently we have to wear glasses or VR Headsets to watch 3D videos on smartphone screens. According to Red's press release the screen will 5.7 inches dimension, run by latest android operating system. People can watch the regular 2D content in full resolution, augmented reality in 2D and 3D, holographic content shot in RED camera and stereo 3D sounds.

A Google Play Store like RED channel will be launched with the phone that will enable users to collect different apps, holographic videos, audio and other contents. They can even upload and share their own creations.
Doubts
The company warned that some modifications may be effected before the final launch. The phone will be of modular design with the option of adding different cameras and other tools separately. But, these compatible tools will take some time to be launched. The company also indicated that the final price may also be altered.
