Very thoughtful post. Sadly of course there isn't too much we can do about it though. Definitely as we depend on technology more and more as time goes on. Plus technology offers the tantalizing promise of making things easier and faster which makes it hard to not depend on it. The best thing we can do really is make technology better and more efficient so its less likely to fail when we need it. That's definitely important when we start merging with technology.
