Sirin Lab's $1000 Crypto Phone Is Coming This November
Well, there are many projects already running to manufacture and successfully launch crypto based smartphone but among all of those projects, Sirin Labs is the first and most popular one which is currently working to launch their Crypto based smartphone named Finney.
Sirin Labs have already launched their crypto based phone back in 2017 named Solarin which cost around $14000. But it was too pricey for an average people to afford and that's why Sirin labs is going to launch its people's phone named Finney in November 2018.
Finney is named after Bitcoin pioneer Hal Finney and is described 'state of the art' phone for Blockchain world. It resembles Solarin in looks but it's the features of this device that counts. Let's have a look at its features:
Slide out the back and you'll find a secondary display, called the Safe Screen, that's only used for crypto transactions. The company says that the Safe Screen runs on dedicated firmware that lets users check where there coinage is being sent before they pay. The slider also activates the cold storage wallet that is designed to hold a significant number of different cryptocurrencies.
The device will run on a forked version of Android to provide more security. Apart from that, a flagship 6GB RAM as well as 845 Snapdragon processor will be used to run this device.
The highlight of this device is its core system which is completely blockchain based and highly secured. You can carry your cryptocurrencies in this phone without having the fear of getting hacked, also you can use this phone for day to day crypto transactions.
Launch date has been confirmed in November 2018 and people are waiting for this phone to launch.
