Very interesting read. Recently I have been doing some research on this topic and I totally agree, although it might be a few decades before we can start reversing our age it is technically possible. Ray Kurzweil (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_Kurzweil) a lead engineer at google also agrees that humans will be able to extend their lifespans. What is really interesting is that the guy takes tons of supplements as he is trying to prolong his own life so that he can benefit from other life extending treatments in the future. Might be worth looking into for anyone who is interested. I have tried some supplements like Fishoil for the omega 3 fatty acids and have seen some benefits.
