Here is a guy testing out a game which brings up fear! I think going forward this will be used more and more to help people if done along a therapist and with appropriate settings. Interesting anyway!

I think you have to sit with the feelings and allow them unconditionally, so it has potential but I think here it is more used just for entertainment!
