¿It is important that your brand has a Community Manager?

 The Community manager is not only responsible for the management and construction of social networks, it is also responsible for transmitting the image of your brand to the users.

For the user of a brand it is vitally important that the company follow up or respond immediately to their problem or concern. The company that only seeks to sell its services or products without listening to the consumer, does not have a good vision about its future in the market, since there is a lot of competition risking the loyalty of customers to the brand.

Among the functions that a Community manager must perform, we have:

1. Create content of interest to customers.

2. Generate interaction between the customer and the brand through conversations.

3. Analyze and understand the results obtained after a stipulated period.

4. Keep informed of what the competition is doing.

5. Keep up to date on any tool or technological advancement that can provide you with more information.

Absolutely agree! Sad thing is that a lot of companies outsource this position. At least in Germany.
