Brain of the Computer (CPU)

Today I will share what's the CPU actually is…Why it is called the brain of the computer…!!!
(CPU) = Central Processing Unit

(CPU) Processor of Computer:
Processor is most called CPU. The CPU is like a brain of the computer. In a human body all major decisions are taken by the brain and other parts of the body function as directed by the brain. Similarly in computer CPU controls and supervises all the units in a computer. It performs processing operations on data such as calculation and comparison. Therefore, it is the most important element of a computer system. It takes information from the input unit and the memory and uses it according to the instructions already given to the computer.

The processor activates and controls he operations of the other units of the computer. The processor interrupts and carries out the basic instructions that operate a computer.
Component of Processor
There are two components of processors:
 Arithmetic and Logic Unit (ALU)
 Control Unit (CU)
