For a while now, Apple has been focusing on augmented reality, a subject that seems to interest it a lot, and at the CES 2018 this week, the American firm visibly approached several companies specializing in this field to design a device.

By 2016, its CEO Tim Cook was already giving his opinion on this technology, and described it as "more promising" than virtual reality. Apple continued to show interest more recently, if we believe the rumors of the acquisition of the company Vrvana. And today, Bloomberg reports that according to his information, the company met with CES suppliers to create augmented reality glasses - just like Facebook, Google or Xiaomi, determined to compete with the company. "Almost everyone is preparing a product in augmented reality," said the CEO of Lumus. "Some will pave the way, while others will follow very quickly."
Apple seems determined to revolutionize the market with its device, by the end of 2019. "To put it simply, we believe that augmented reality will forever change the way we use technology," said Tim Cook in a recent exchange with investors.
