Raving Foxes are proudly welcome all of you guys in the seventh episode of our series focusing on the worldwide techno-scene. Motivated by the discussion about industrial techno in the previous article with @iamevilradio, foxes decided that the next episode is going to promote a local brand instead of the obvious legend. The fist idea of Pinkman was born in 2013 in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Patrick Marsman aka Marsman started a label with record releases for the purpose of being able to play his friends' music straight from the wax. Legendary, first record, catalogued as PNKMN001, done by Drvg Cvltvre with a banger Drvg Cvltvre - Dakar is a must-have of many techno fans . Next one done by Roberto Auser is dropping a spooky industrial vibe in Roberto Auser - Eclipse and providing a goose-bumpy trip to the creepy foreign distant places. Turn your volume up, close your eyes and enjoy it.

Since that time, years of serving a hypnotic electronic and industrial techno sounds resulted in international acclaim. Quickly after finishing 5th anniversary called Pinkman 5 Years Of Tears in March 2018, label moved forward to establish a local vinyl store in April 2018 in the center of Rotterdam, just few meters from the Rotterdam Centraal station in the Rotterdam’s Schieblock, Schiestraat 14 3013 AH Rotterdam Netherlands.

PINKMAN SUBLABELS
The shop is “an extension to the label” that will focus on “music and other merchandise made and released by those artists and labels that are closely related to Pinkman.” Beside of the Main Label, you can also find a white label series from Pinkman signed with Pinkman Broken Dreams Label and electronique sub-label founded in 2014, based in the Charlois district of Rotterdam named Charlois.

Beside of owning and managing the mother-label, two sub-labels and vinyl store Patric Marsman is also running Operator Radio and often playing live. Recently you could listen to the Marsman with friends on the mentioned before Five Years Of Tears at few different locations in Netherlands and France or Pinkman at Berghain on 18th of July.
