A Little Confused

So I followed two people from youtube that I know are on here. I went to their pages and followed them, but in my own feed it says I haven't followed anyone yet. I went to those two pages again and made sure I was following them and checked my own feed again. Still nothing.

Does anyone know what could be happening?
