Nem (XEM) technical analysis - Breakout? (4 hour candles)

Hi guys a quick video here on NEM (XEM) vs BTC. Possible breakout but nothing confirmed yet. My main strategy at the moment is, if nothing is uptrending much against BTC I will just hold BTC. Hope you find this useful :)
