Technical tools are becoming obsolete; fundamental is the answer!

in #technical6 years ago

That’s the questions I’ve been asking myself for the last few months. If we solely look at the cryptocurrency graphs they might tell us not what we need to know, but what we are willing see.
In another words technical analysis does not work at the moment. The answer is simple it is nearly impossible to use advanced technical tools, such as beta analysis and regression analysis.
The volatility which might be equal to 5, taking in to account all given variables as standard, using more standard technical tools and by simply looking at the graph in reality can be 100. As I said previously standard technical approach does not work. We need specific technical tools that might give us correct short-term predictions, one of those tool is volume analysis, which can give amazing results when correctly used with Depth of Market table. Using it correctly will give you the possibility to foresee fake walls and to “attack the market and make profit”.
Fundamental analysis is much easier-just follow the news, in reality there are other sources to follow, but I will share it if my first article will gain interest.
