I have to replace my iPhone 6's battery

I order this iPhone in April last year, since then the battery has weakened exponentially. I woke up and after 15 minutes off the charger, the battery was almost 70%... Hopefully, I can repair the battery easily... I've never replaced an iPhone battery so if you have any tips that'd be great...
