Galaxy Note 8: A Fake Step Of Samsung Highlighted
After successfully releasing information on the iPhone 7 and Galaxy Note 7 last year and then on the Galaxy S8 in January, the famous manufacturer of Olixar shells revealed juicy details on the iPhone 8 a little earlier this week. But that's not all: he also contacted me about official hulls for the Galaxy Note 8.
Olixar has confidence in the legitimacy of the information it delivers (and its history gives it credit): the company has produced three ranges of Galaxy Note 8 - FlexiShield, X-Duo and Ultra-Fine - immediately available In pre-order on the US and UK sites of retail partner MobileFun. Prices range from 5.49 dollars (4.80 €) to 26.99 dollars (23.60 €).
With information about these shells come good and bad news.
The good news is that the Galaxy Note 8 looks like an even bigger version of the Galaxy S8 Plus (6.3 inches versus 6.2 inches), featuring a stylus and a promising dual camera. This is opposed to a dubious (and hideous) video of the Galaxy Note 8, released earlier this week, and which featured a Xperia-type design that I would find difficult to find buyer.
So it's a relief, if not a total surprise.
The bad news, however, is probably going in the opposite direction.
The Olixar shells also clearly show a cut-out designed for the fingerprint reader located at the back of the Galaxy Note 8. For months Samsung has been racing against the clock to integrate the reader to the display 'IPhone 8), but it now seems that Galaxy fans are about to face a greater disappointment - especially given the success of the iPhone 8 player.
I say "a greater disappointment" because in March the Galaxy S8 as the Galaxy S8 Plus were supposed to present the fingerprint reader to the back: after it was found that it was not, It was widely expected that the Galaxy Note 8 would remedy this. Worse still, the ridiculous positioning of the fingerprint reader will be repeated.
This was not missed by Sally Wijers, marketing assistant at eCommerce and MobileFun, who told me: "These official presentations give us a good overview of the back of Note 8, the camera and, of course, Location of the fingerprint reader. "
Given that the Galaxy Note 8 will also experience a dramatic increase in cost, this news is all the more unpleasant, even though several leakages of hardware information suggest that the cost will still be profitable.
The year 2017 is determined as the year of the confrontation of the century between the different smartphones, and I suspect now that Apple and Google will receive the greatest attention while the iPhone 8 and the enormous Pixel 2 get closer Of their release date ...
