The date he was born: THE GREATEST SHOWMAN
His name is Edgar Codillo Cuerbo. I know it sounded like a Latino/Spanish but he actually has Spanish blood. He is a father of three and he also is a very good family planner coz you see, his eldest is 5 years older than the second one then the second one is 10 years older than the third one. Gets? If you can’t better check and study addition. XD
Most of his friends and family call him by the name “Eddie” since “Edgar” sounded so cozy.

ENTHUSIASTIC a.k.a JOKER
He is a very cool father. He always have this energy in him that even his family was wondering where he got all of those despite his illness. He is that kind of man that you wanna talk to, he just love debating until you can’t say anything.
Another thing is he was always the center of attention because of his jokes. You’ll just find yourself laughing so hard because of him. Even in pictures he doesn’t have any serious ones because of his wackiness and playfullness. He is my greatest showman after all. He will always be my favorite man.
DILIGENT a.k.a ALL IN MAN
He doesn’t have work. Yes! You heard me right he is a house husband but he is not just sitting and doing nothing. In fact, he is an “all in man” it means he can run some errands that you can’t like going to places to get some certificates or documents. He can cook, drive you to places, go with you when you want someone to be with you, talk with you and specifically he can make you think positive tho the world around you is negative.
He might not show it all but the show will always be his.
DETERMINED a.k.a DOER
He has a condition and the reason why he cannot work. His heart is not well and his first and second heart attack was way back 2003. The doctors advised that he should be in a province since it is not allowed for him to live in a polluted area. The doctors said that he will only live for two years since his condition is so risky but he is a determined man.
He is not allowed to eat meat and other food that will actually make his condition in risk. But he is the kind of man that will tell you “ When are you going to let me eat those food, when I die?” It will always be a joke for us and we will just laugh whenever he said that. Tho, we don’t know what he was thinking if it is half meant or not.
He lives and make people happy for 15 years instead of two. His death is not a curse but it was a blessing. He is now in a place that we desire, he is now at peace and he will not think of anything from this world.
INFORMATIVE a.k.a CEBU MAP
MAP? It is very helpful specifically if you are not familiar with the places. He is this kind of man who knows different route in Cebu. Not only he is good in driving but he is a good talker while in a drive.
Not just about Cebu but he is a very well informative man. It might look like he is not but he actually is.
ECSTATIC a.k.a EXTRA-IN-EVERYTHING
He might not be our provider financially but he is the man that find ways whenever we need it. It is either he will borrow some money or he will walk an extra mile just to support us financially.
“Eddie” is my father and will always be in my heart. It is sad to say that he leave this world without even experiencing the kind of comfort that we wanted him to experience but it is more comfortable as where is he now.
It tears me up when I saw him being buried since he always complains about how hot our weather but thinking that he is a believer of God. I know where he is right now and it is more comfortable there.
I haven’t tell him I love him but I know that he knows about it.

Thank you, for sharing that lovely essay of your love of a father. I understand now why you liked a tribute video i did about PF Sloan, in that I talk about my Fathers death. It has been two years for me now. Honestly, just hold on to that picture of you laughing with your dad. That will help you sleep at night and give you joy in mornings when you see the sun rise.
