Offering a Prayer

We went to Church last Sunday to light a candle for my mother-in-law’s healing. (She has bone cancer) We, the Filipinos are very thankful to the United Arab Emirates for allowing us to build a Christian Church in their country.

After offering a prayer, our son was running around outside the church that lead us to this area where they sell food. My husband felt relieved because he was so hungry at that time so we bought an okoy, a squash fritters dipped in a spicy vinegar. It costs us 5 DHS each and we bought 2.

We went home right after we finished eating since the weather is not good.
