Child labour is a crime in which children are compelled to work in their very initial age and perform the responsibilities as like adults. As per International Labour Organization (ILO), an age limit for children to involve in any type of work is more than fifteen years. Upto fifteen years no body can forced them for any activity which makes children depressed of the childhood, education, physical, mental and social well being.

Due to this illegal act millions of children have been deprived from proper education in our country also which is a alarming sign. children do not get living a healthy life because they are not satisfied mentally, physically, and socially from their childhood.

Causes of Child Labour

There are various reasons of child labor in our country. Some of the causes of global child labor are similar however some different country to country. Most general caused are like poverty, improper education, no rules and laws on child labor, etc.

Main reason of child labour in the developing countries are poverty and high level of unemployment.

As per United Nation statistics of 2005 described that more than 1/4th of people worldwide are living in extreme poverty situation.

No access to the regular education in many countries and around about 75 million children are deprived from the school life.

Limited laws about child labour provide the way to increased child labor in any developing country.

Insufficient social control create rise to the child labor in domestic work and also in agriculture sector.

Due to poverty small children get compelled in the child labor to earn income for their family to manage two times food.

Most of industries hired the child labour because they get more work at less labor cost.

Solutions to Child Labour

To eliminate the social issue of child labor, it is necessary follow some effective solutions on urgently to save the future of any developing country.

If we Create some unions which help in preventing the child labor as it will encourage more people to help against child labor.

All the children should be given first priority by their parents to take regular education and Governments provide the free education to children of poor people of society.

Child labour requires social awareness with the proper statistics of big loss in the future for developing country.

Every family earn their minimum income to survive and stop child labour. It will decrease the level of poverty and also child labour.

There should be effective and strict government laws against child labour which prevent children from working in their initial age.

Child labour may be replaced by the adult workers, almost 800 million adults are unemployed in this world. Due to which adult will get job and children will be free from child labour.

Employment should be enhanced for adults in order to overcome poverty and child labor.

Business owners of factories, industries, mines, etc should be advised not involve children in any type of labour.

Child Labour is a Crime but still practiced in some countries.

Child labour is a dangerous social issue which required to be solved immediately by support of both, parents and government. Children are assets of nation and carry a prosperous future of any developing country. Therefore it is big responsibility of all the adult citizens to struggle to decrease it, So children get chance to develop and grow within the happy environment of family and school.
