Thank you so much, @purpledaisy57. Your post helped me finally realize what was going on. I hadn't thought much about Father's Day, especially yesterday when we were on @Surpassinggoogle's Talk and After Party for so long learning and having fun.

But soon after waking up, the tears started. Then everything came flooding down even more while reading your post.

I understand that you must wonder sometimes how it would have been if your father was around longer and interacting with you and your children too. Especially because you lost him just as you were transitioning in to young womanhood.

But you know, you learned to be independent and responsible fairly young. And those good habits have served you well since then. I feel he's very proud of you and what you have made of your life, @purpledaisy57.

And now you're busy publishing away on your blog here, creating an extra stream of income. Organizing and building a Gofundme for your grandson and working hard to get your family all together for your mother to know her greatgrandson. You are Amazing, lady.
