conflict on the group is normal but in the end of the day itshould be resolve in order do one focus on the project goals.yes many different ideas to talk with the team but the idea is to have good comunication and learn to listen on everyone and learn there character on how to do there task..as a team leader you must teach your team to be transparent on there works..
