Holiday running

I am very lucky to be on holiday with my family on the east coast of South Africa right now. It is actually my hometown, where I grew up in Durban.

For those of you that know me already, you would know that I enjoy running, especially while I have some relaxing time on holiday. This morning, we finally woke up to some decent weather so I decided to run down to the beachfront to meet my wife and 2 small kids there.

This was taken at the end of my 7km run once I had changed into my boardshorts (so no...I was not naked...lol).
