Hello fellow steemians! Mabuhay!
I'll be sharing to you guys how to make the Japanese fried noodles. It was prepared by my dear student for the street children. We try to cooked it on a wood fire and it tasted so good. It's such a touching gesture from him 😊

LET'S BEGIN! 😁

▪️Gather all the ingredients

▪️Whisk all the ingredients for Yakisoba sauce and set aside.

▪️ Chopped the onions, carrots, cabbage, and meat in your own desired size and amount.

▪️Heat the pan, once heated pour a little amount of oil.

▪️Then fry the white onions first, followed by carrots and cabbage. It's really advisable to stir fry hard vegetables first.

▪️In a skillet or wok, heat oil on medium high heat. Cook the meat until no longer pink.

▪️Transfer the Yakisoba noodles to sieve and quickly run hot water over Yakisoba noodle. Separate thenboodles with hands. Add the noodles to the wok and lower the heat to medium. It's best to use tongs to combine the noodles with ingredients. Keep an eye on the noodles as they may stick to the wok.

▪️Add Yakisoba sauce and a lil bit of mayo to add more flavor. Depending on the amount of ingredients, just adjust the amount of sauce to use. Mix all together using tongs.
