True friends are hard to find, not to mention being owned. To find a friend is so easy, but to find a true friend just like looking for a pearl in the middle of the deep ocean. How many friends are there to work with us? In the moment we laughed at the beauty of this life so many friends with us. But when we grieve, weeping fall and blaming our destiny look around looking for a laughter that accompanied us, no. Where are they when we need friends to rely on? Where are they when we need a voice to help us wake up and walk again? Yes. They are just friends who will be happy with us but not willing to mourn together.

In this modern day, more and more friends are 'fond of hooking up in turbid water' if compared to true friends. They prefer to take advantage of our shortcomings. A true friend is one who can defend our rights. Like Hang Jebat who wants to defend against the death of a friend who has been regarded as his own brother, Hang Tuah. In his mind, Tuah must have a defense even to his last dripping blood. Can a typical friend do such a thing? No, only true friends are capable.

A true friend is also willing to work with us. He will not keep us in trouble. He will not be able to see us suffer but even to feel the pain. For example when Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and his friend Abu Bakr in Hira 'Cave. He was asleep and Abu Bakr saw a snake pulling his head from the cave hole to peck his king. Abu Bakr refused to want to surprise him and then closed the hole using his hand. When the Prophet awoke from sleep, he found his friend's face so pale to resist. What a high value of friendship in Abu Bakr.

In addition, true friends are also a pioneer. He is with us when everyone leaves us. He's still approaching us when everyone is away from us. Yes, that's when we know who our true friends are. True friends continue to be a candle that burns the fire of spirit for us to meet tomorrow with a strong and steadfast.

Memories with true friends are the most beautiful memories written by each of our life diaries. A true friend will always guide his best friend on the right path. He will not let his best friend on the wrong track. A true friend is the one who guides his best friend to heaven and remembers each other when forgotten. Allah's Word in Surah Al-Asr, for the sake of time. Indeed, man is in danger. Except those who believe and do good deeds and advise with truth and submit with patience.
