Climate Change Apam

My Dear Steemian Friends,

During school holiday my daughter and her cousin learned how to decorate and steamed Apam (a small steamed cup cake). Here's the recipe used to make the battar.

INGREDIENTS

• 3 large AA eggs
• 200 ml water
• 200 ml milk
• food coloring
• 1 tea spoon of Baking powder
• small chocolate

METHOD

• Beat eggs using high speed for about 2 minutes.

• Add in water and milk and beat again for about a minute.

• Add in the flour and baking mix and mix well.

• Divide the batter to colors of your choice and pour the batter 2/3 inside the cupcakes paper using your creativity.

• Steam for about 10 minutes depending on the heat and size of cupcake.

Finally, take it out from steamer and let it cool down. This cute cake is nice to eat with a cup of coffee or tea.

My daughter called it Apam Climate Change as it turned out to be greenish, blueish and lots of other color.
