Stew with Button Mushroom. Add my 5 Chinese spice, sweet soya sauce, and chinese rice wine ... stew is low medium fire for 4 -5 hours. Don’t forget to stir every 15-20minutes. Dont stir like char kway teaw. Haha

Never heard of cooking w button mushroom though? Is that a local Sabahan dish?
Chinese rice wine = Tapai or Chinese Cooking Wine?
Can use pressure cooker to cook faster?

Yes Chinese cooking wine. Not local dish .. its chinese cuisine bah.. yes pressure would be ideal too.. faster cook faster eat.
