Customer Satisfaction

Today i received this picture from my whatapps group tourism chat. I seemingly smile when i see this. However when i see it in a bigger picture, my mind say it’s true.

I have been in the service tourism industry for 18 years and i quickly learn that my customer not just being right all the time, but at the same time to have satisfaction to what they hve paid.

Strive For Success means we need to do everything to get what we want in life and this just what i am going to do.

Customer not always right but with thorough consultation and explanation, it can help to make the goal easier to achieve.
