Take a break
When everything is not go with what you want or what you expect , the only thing that you need to do is to go slow and take some break.
It ll give you a moment of time to think , and rethink a solution or improvement and analysis what you have done so far .
If things doest goes with plan a , you still got plan b to plan z . Dont stick to one plan but learn from it and improvise your plan .
In japan they call them kaizen . In short time after world war , japan has start everything from start again after nuclear bomb incident . Its take time for them to get new start after recovering , but it doesn’t take much time to become the most successful country in the world today .
I do think , if everyone start to think 🤔 and making improvement on what they do now , everyone can be expert in their own skill and makes this world better place
